Social media provides a broad platform for guests to seek information, interact, and make decisions regarding hotel room bookings. Perceived ease of use is an important factor influencing guests' decisions, where an intuitive interface, simple navigation, and a smooth booking process will influence their conclusion to make a booking through social media. In addition, perceived helpfulness is also a key consideration, where relevant information, reviews from previous guests, and useful recommendations on social media can shape positive perceptions and encourage guests to take the next step. Booking intention, as a result of perceived ease of use and usefulness, is also an important variable that influences guest behavior. This research aims to study and identify guests' decisions in booking hotel rooms through social media. One of them is to find out whether social media as a channel for booking hotel rooms is useful, easy to use, and easily accessible to the wider community. the type of research used is a quantitative approach with an explanation (explanatory research). The variables in this study are perceived easy use, perceived usefull, booking intention, and decision to book a hotel room. the population used in this study were UNP Hotel &amp; Convention Center guests. The number of samples used was 111 respondents with purposive sampling technique and describe data from respondents' answers to questionnaires along with inferential statistical analysis techniques using the SEM (structural equilibrium modeling) data analysis method with the PLS (partial least square) approach. There are eight tourist destinations that have been developed in Carangwulung village, one of which is the Grojogan Selo Gonggo (GSG ) nature tourism. This tourist attraction is natural attractions that come from mountain water and also pine forests. Opportunities for tourism activities at GSG are very good, if the local community and the management are able to work together to achieve the expected goals. However, the fact is that over time the people who participate in managing the GSG experience a decrease in tourism awareness. This will not affect the future development of GSG natural tourism as tourism that is of interest to tourists. This research aims to know and analyze the impact of competence, commitment, and work culture on the performance of the Department of Population and civil registration of the Demak Regency. This research used a quantitative method. </em><em>Data were obtained through documentation and questionnaires. The sample of this study comprised 82 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression equation of SPSS version 25. The CHSE program also ensures that the products and services provided meet health protocol standards in the hope of growing interest in visits. Implementation of the CHSE program at Kenes Bakery &amp; Resto Jl. Magelang Km. 5.5 Sleman, DIY has complied with the standard health protocols issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The sample used in the study were 94 respondents. The research results are expected to provide useful information for management and employees. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis used multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, test the model, test the hypothesis, and before doing the test, the validity and reliability tests were carried out first.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the regression analysis show that the increase in guest decisions to stay is directly influenced by the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent). The results of the multiple regression analysis test showed a significant F value, with a correlation value of determination adjusted R2 square of 0.610. This shows that the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent) significantly influence the decision of guests to stay together with a close relationship of 61.0%. One of the places in Bantul Regency that introduces leather puppet crafts to the wider community is Pucung as a center for shadow puppets. The development of village infrastructure based on the wayang kulit craft culture needs to identify the efforts of wayang kulit craftsmen in overcoming marketing barriers, infrastructure development efforts that have been carried out so far, and prioritized infrastructure to be equipped with the aim of increasing the marketing of wayang kulit crafts. This study uses qualitative methods with observations and interviews. Radya Pustaka Museum is currently experiencing a setback in terms of tourist visits. This is due to two things, namely; 1. Pull factors or from the museum side, (collection, arrangement, promotion, interior design, interpretation, digitization). 2. Driving factors or from the visitor's side, (motivation drops, shifts in interest, lack of references). This study aims to determine the potential of the Radya Pustaka Museum as a tourist destination, along with efforts to develop the area into an integrated tourist destination. This research was conducted using a qualitative method in the Sriwedari Park area in general and the Radya Pustaka museum in particular. Data collection techniques were carried out by observations, interviews and document studies. The data of this study were obtained through observation and interviews, the informants used in the study were 5 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide useful information for coffee activists, the Colo Coffee community. The data obtained were processed using descriptive qualitative. Qualitative analysis uses data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
